Notice is hereby given that the Fourth Quadrennial Session of the Southeastern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is called to convene at the La Sierra University Church in Riverside, Calif., at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008.

The purpose of this meeting is to receive from the Conference officers and department directors various reports pertaining to the work carried on within the territory since the last conference session; to elect the ensuing quadrennial officers, vice presidents for ethnic minorities, the Constitution and Bylaws Committee, Conference Executive Committee; to verify the department directors; and to transact any other business that may properly come before the delegates in session.

Each congregation is entitled to one delegate for their church and one additional delegate for each one hundred members or major fraction thereof.
