Tim Kubrock Named MBA Principal
By Caron Oswald
Monterey Bay Academy (MBA) has named Tim Kubrock interim principal for the 2005-2006 school year. Kubrock, who recently received a Teacher of Excellence award by the Alumni Awards Foundation in Phoenix, Ariz., has taught history at the academy for eight years.
“I am very excited and honored to take on this responsibility,” Kubrock said. “We have a tremendous staff here at MBA and a beautiful campus. I want to continue MBA’s traditions of academic excellence and Christian service. I’m excited to see where God will lead us in the future.”
“We’re overjoyed at his decision,” says Vern Biloff, vice president for education. “Tim is a man who knows the operation of the school inside and out and can provide excellent leadership.”
Completing the Kubrock family is wife Nancy, a nurse in the community, and two daughters, Jessica, a four-year senior this fall, and Jana, a freshman.
