Notice is hereby given that the Third Quadrennial Session of the Southeastern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is called to convene at the La Sierra University Church in Riverside, California, at 9 a.m. on Sunday, November 7, 2004.

The purpose of this meeting is to receive from the officers and department directors of the Conference various reports pertaining to the work carried on within the territory since the last conference session; to elect to the ensuing quadrennial officers, vice presidents for ethnic minorities, the Constitution and Bylaws Committee, Conference Executive Committee, verify the department directors; and transact any other business that may properly come before the delegates in session.

Each church is entitled to one delegate for the organization and one additional delegate for each one hundred members or major fraction thereof.
