Notice of Central California Conference Constituency Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Thirtieth Constituency Meeting of the Central California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (reorganized 1932) is called to convene in the gymnasium of the Monterey Bay Academy, San Andreas Road, La Selva Beach, California, on Sunday, November 14, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., registration begins at 8:00 a.m. The purpose of such meeting shall be: to receive reports; to elect a president, a secretary, a treasurer, an associate secretary, a vice president for ministries, and any other such officers as deemed necessary by the delegates; to elect such director(s) for ethnic ministries as deemed necessary by the delegates; to elect members of the Executive Committee and Constitution and Bylaws Committee; and to transact such other business as may come before the meeting. Each church is entitled to one (1) delegate for each fifty (50) members or major fraction thereof, with a minimum of no less than two (2) delegates.
