The Visitors Information Brochure for the 2005 General Conference Session in St. Louis, Missouri, has just been released.
To help visitors make their plans for this five-year gathering of the world Adventist church, the publication contains basic information about schedules, activities and an overview of how a General Conference Session operates. Also included is a travelers guide to the city of St. Louis, a map, and other information people from around the world will find helpful for their travel.
For housing, the brochure contains a listing of hotels the General Conference has contracts with that are available for individual and group bookings. Rates are included and a mapped location guide, along with an official housing form that the participating hotels will require.
To obtain the brochure, a printed copy will be mailed to you at your request. Bulk quantities can be sent to churches or other Adventist institutions. Electronic versions can be downloaded as a PDF file and the housing form can be printed from there. Go to www.gcsession.org and click on the brochure link.
