The Cost of Freedom
Christ paid for your freedom. The price was higher than we can really comprehend. He paid it because love must be free, it cannot be coerced. There was no other way for love to rule, than to risk rebellion. Love paid the price for your freedom. Now, what will you do in return?
The cross of Christ has constrained the Seventh-day Adventist Church to champion the cause of religious freedom for more than a century. Recently, we have re-activated the North American Religious Liberty Association. Why? Because of the impressive potential of a membership organization to greatly expand our effectiveness in national affairs for the cause of religious liberty.
Religious Liberty is too precious to be left to the extremes!
Did you know that extremist voices in Washington, D.C. dominate the debate over religious freedom? Organizations constituting less than one tenth of one percent of the American population have enormous influence. There are ten times as many Seventh-day Adventists. Join with us so that our voice can be heard in defense of freedom. Become a dues paying member of the North American Religious Liberty Association. Sign up at www.religiousliberty.info. Be informed. Get involved.
