Reconnecting Ministries Sponsors Training Events
For anyone interested in learning more about reaching out to members who are taking a break from church. Studies done by Adventist researchers report that 72 percent of active church members say that they have a friend or relative who used to attend the Adventist Church.

LifeLines Radio Offers PSAs on CD
LifeLines Radio Public Service Announcements (PSAs) CD is an outreach resource with 54 60-second “spots” with practical answers to common health questions.
The name, “Lifelines,” comes from the most popular section in Vibrant Life magazine, which can be found on newsstands and in Barnes & Noble bookstores. Each spot concludes with an announcement that Lifelines is a public service of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and gives the toll-free number of Vibrant Life’s office, where they will send inquirers a free copy of the magazine. It has been circulated to 1,000 radio stations throughout North America.

NAD Website Gets Facelift
The new look and arrangement is to make the site more user-friendly to non-Adventists and seekers. It uses technology that makes it possible for those who are not technologically savvy to upload information without a thorough knowledge of HTML, thereby significantly reducing the cost of maintaining the site.

Steven Covey to Keynote 2005 Ministries Convention
Adventist conference- and union-employed ministry professionals, mark these dates: Jan. 9-13, 2005. It’s the time to be in Orlando, Fla. for this biannual event. In addition to seminars featured at Monterey in 2003, new tracks will be offered to conference leaders for disabilities, philanthropy and technology.
Adventists will be among the first group to be hosted by the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate (opening October 2004) located one mile from Florida Hospital Celebration Health. More information, including registration, will be available at

Emanual-Brinklow Receives 2003 eChurch of the Year Award
